Position: Room Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established brand standards
- Replenish guest room amenities and linens regularly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately
- Handle guest requests for extra items or services promptly and politely
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys and storage areas
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and housekeeping procedures
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks effectively
- Strong work ethic and reliability in completing assigned duties
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Polite and respectful behavior when interacting with guests
- Previous experience in housekeeping is an advantage but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
