Position: F&B Team Leader – Li Lian

Responsibilities:

• Lead the service team at Li Lian, our signature Chinese restaurant, ensuring authentic and refined service.
• Supervise daily operations, including guest reception, order taking, and service execution.
• Train staff on the specific menu items, ingredients, and cultural nuances of Chinese fine dining.
• Assist the Restaurant Assistant Manager in managing shifts and guest relations.
• Uphold all Park Hyatt service standards and ensure a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of F&B supervisory experience, preferably in a high-end Chinese or Asian restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, tea, and beverage pairings.
• Excellent leadership and guest service skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
• Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel in Jakarta.
• A commitment to care and personal luxury.
• Professional and polished appearance.
