Position: F&B Team Leader – Li Lian
Responsibilities:
- Lead the service team at Li Lian, our signature Chinese restaurant, ensuring authentic and refined service.
- Supervise daily operations, including guest reception, order taking, and service execution.
- Train staff on the specific menu items, ingredients, and cultural nuances of Chinese fine dining.
- Assist the Restaurant Assistant Manager in managing shifts and guest relations.
- Uphold all Park Hyatt service standards and ensure a memorable guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of F&B supervisory experience, preferably in a high-end Chinese or Asian restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, tea, and beverage pairings.
- Excellent leadership and guest service skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel in Jakarta.
- A commitment to care and personal luxury.
- Professional and polished appearance.
