Position: Asst. Outlet Manager
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within a restaurant or F&B outlet.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong operational knowledge and ability to assist the manager in all aspects of the outlet.
- Excellent guest experience skills and ability to handle feedback professionally.
- Strong leadership potential and ability to motivate service staff.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
- Commitment to upholding high service standards.
