Position: FB Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, with prior supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
  • Ability to lead a team of servers and ensure smooth operations during shifts.
  • Excellent guest experience skills and a hands on approach to service.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
  • Great decision making and problem solving abilities.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality is an advantage.
