Position: FB Supervisor
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, with prior supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Ability to lead a team of servers and ensure smooth operations during shifts.
- Excellent guest experience skills and a hands on approach to service.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
- Great decision making and problem solving abilities.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality is an advantage.
