Position: Reservation Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, email, or online.
  • Accurately input booking information into the hotel’s reservation system.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to all guest inquiries regarding rates and availability.
  • Work closely with the front office and sales teams to maximize occupancy.
  • Maintain and manage reservation correspondence and files.

Qualifications:

  • Good English both spoken and written.
  • Positive attitude, good communication skills and confidence.
  • At least 2 year experience in the same position.
  • Well groomed with a pleasant personality.
  • Able to work in team and individually.
  • Able to join immediately.
  • Proficiency with hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
