Position: Order Taker – Housekeeping (DW)

Responsibilities:

• Answer all calls to the housekeeping department promptly and professionally.
• Log and communicate guest requests, complaints, and maintenance issues to the appropriate staff.
• Coordinate with the front office regarding room status, check outs, and special requests.
• Manage the distribution of keys, pagers, and other departmental equipment.
• Assist with administrative duties, including lost and found procedures and report filing.

Qualifications:

• Good English both spoken and written.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills and confidence.
• At least 2 year experience in the same position.
• Well groomed with a pleasant personality.
• Able to work in team and individually.
• Able to join immediately.
• Experience in a hotel call center or as a housekeeping coordinator is preferred.
