Position: Director of HR / HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, and industrial relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
  • Manage employee training and development programs.
  • Oversee personnel administration and payroll.
  • Foster a positive and productive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 3 years experience in similar position
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Positive attitude, and energetic personality
  • Able to work individually and team
  • Able to join immediately
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws.
  • Experience in talent management and succession planning.
