Position: Learning & Training Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs across all departments.
  • Design and deliver training materials.
  • Coordinate internal and external training schedules.
  • Manage the training budget.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Manage training administration and employee records.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 3 years experience in similar position (or 1-2 years in HR/Training)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Positive attitude, and energetic personality
  • Able to work individually and team
  • Able to join immediately
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in designing training modules.
