Position: Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead all operations of the Front Office department.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle escalated guest complaints.
• Train and develop Front Office staff.
• Manage staff schedules and departmental budget.
• Maximize occupancy and room revenue (upselling).

Qualifications:

• Min. 3 years experience in similar position
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Positive attitude, and energetic personality
• Able to work individually and team
• Able to join immediately
• Proficient in using PMS (Property Management System).
• Strong leadership and guest management skills.
