Position: Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin speaking decision makers and key stakeholders.
  • Actively drive revenue growth from the China market’s Corporate and Wholesale segments.
  • Monitor account performance, identify new opportunities, and optimize share of wallet.
  • Implement targeted business development initiatives and strategic collaborations.
  • Analyze business performance by segment and market, providing insights for revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Mandarin with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and ensure long term partnerships.
  • Actively drive revenue growth by monitoring account performance, identifying new opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize share of wallet across all segments.
  • Focus on the China market’s Corporate and Wholesale segments, ensuring targeted business development initiatives, strategic collaborations, and tailored account management to capture growth potential.
  • Regularly review and analyze business performance by segment and market, providing insights and recommendations to achieve consistent revenue growth and meet overall business objectives.
  • Proven experience in hotel sales, with a focus on the China market.
