Position: Reservation Agent

Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking channels with elegance and efficiency.
• Process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately into the Property Management System.
• Provide guests with comprehensive information regarding room types, rates, promotions, and hotel facilities.
• Proactively upsell rooms and hotel services to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate closely with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals and booking accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Passionate, innovative, and dedicated to the future of luxury hospitality.
• Previous experience as a Reservation Agent or in a Front Office role within a luxury hotel.
• Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and online reservation platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong sales acumen and a guest centric mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team.
