Position: Director of Revenue Management

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise positioning through RevPAR, market share, and overall profitability optimisation.
• Oversee distribution, pricing, forecasting, and inventory management across all distribution channels including OTA, GDS, direct channels, and brand site.
• Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and business data to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to align commercial initiatives.
• Ensure rate integrity, data accuracy, and system optimisation across PMS and RMS platforms.
• Lead, coach, and develop the revenue management team to drive analytical excellence and innovation.
• Integrate sustainability and brand values into pricing and distribution strategies.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Minimum 6 to 8 years in revenue leadership roles within hospitality; strong analytical and strategic background required.
• Luxury or Lifestyle resort in experience in Southeast Asia a plus.
• Experience growing direct and consortia channels.
• Love to achieve results, lead a team with purpose and work in a fast evolving environment, with plenty of opportunity for growth.
