Position: Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing and distribution strategies to maximize hotel revenue and RevPAR.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand drivers to produce accurate short and long-term forecasts.
  • Manage all online travel agent (OTA) channels, hotel inventory, and rate parity.
  • Chair the weekly revenue meeting, providing insights and strategic recommendations to the management team.
  • Utilize the property’s Revenue Management System (RMS) and Property Management System (PMS) effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Management or E-Commerce within a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of forecasting, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Expertise in hotel PMS (Opera preferred), RMS, and channel manager systems.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and make decisive actions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, or Statistics.
  • Familiar with the unique demand patterns of the Seminyak and Bali market.
