Position: Revenue Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing and distribution strategies to maximize hotel revenue and RevPAR.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand drivers to produce accurate short and long-term forecasts.
- Manage all online travel agent (OTA) channels, hotel inventory, and rate parity.
- Chair the weekly revenue meeting, providing insights and strategic recommendations to the management team.
- Utilize the property’s Revenue Management System (RMS) and Property Management System (PMS) effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Management or E-Commerce within a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of forecasting, pricing, and inventory management.
- Expertise in hotel PMS (Opera preferred), RMS, and channel manager systems.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and make decisive actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, or Statistics.
- Familiar with the unique demand patterns of the Seminyak and Bali market.
