Position: E-commerce & Distribution Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all online distribution channels, OTA relationships, and the hotel website to optimize revenue.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies, digital marketing campaigns, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
- Ensure rate parity and competitiveness across all online and offline channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and booking pace to maximize online performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an E-commerce or Distribution Manager in an international hotel.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in Channel Managers, CMS, and OTA extranets.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and revenue optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.
