Position: Revenue Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies based on demand, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Manage and optimize room inventory and availability across all distribution channels (OTA, GDS, website).
- Prepare detailed reports and forecasts on occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to maximize hotel revenue.
- Analyze booking patterns and market data to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Oversee the hotel’s reservation system and ensure rate parity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar analytical role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and forecasting.
- Expertise in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
- Excellent understanding of online distribution channels and hotel pricing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field.
