Position: Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies based on demand, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage and optimize room inventory and availability across all distribution channels (OTA, GDS, website).
  • Prepare detailed reports and forecasts on occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to maximize hotel revenue.
  • Analyze booking patterns and market data to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee the hotel’s reservation system and ensure rate parity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar analytical role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and forecasting.
  • Expertise in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
  • Excellent understanding of online distribution channels and hotel pricing strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field.
