Position: Reservation Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels.
- Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
- Provide guests with information on room types, rates, and promotions.
- Work closely with the Revenue and Sales teams to maximize occupancy.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and booking records in the PMS.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel reservations or front office is required.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and upselling abilities.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
