Position: Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing and distribution strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to forecast revenue performance.
  • Manage online travel agencies (OTAs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and direct booking channels.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop promotional offers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or Analyst, preferably in a pre-opening or resort setting in Bali.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in hotel revenue management systems.
  • Excellent understanding of pricing strategies, yield management, and distribution channels.
  • Ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to contribute to Corporate Social Responsibility (ESG) activities.
