Position: Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
  • Analyze booking patterns, market trends, and competitor pricing.
  • Manage pricing, inventory, and restrictions across all distribution channels (GDS, OTA, Brand.com).
  • Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings with the hotel’s leadership team.
  • Prepare accurate room revenue forecasts and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or Assistant Revenue Manager in a large city hotel.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Expertise in hotel revenue management systems (e.g., Opera, MARSHA, OneYield).
  • In depth understanding of distribution channels and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and highly proficient in Excel.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
