Position: Revenue Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing and distribution strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and booking patterns.
- Manage online travel agency (OTA) relationships and inventory.
- Prepare accurate revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar analytical role in hospitality.
- Strong understanding of revenue management systems (e.g., Opera, RMS).
- Excellent analytical, forecasting, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Detail oriented and strategic thinker.
- Degree in Hospitality, Finance, or Business Administration.
