Position: Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing and distribution strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and booking patterns.
  • Manage online travel agency (OTA) relationships and inventory.
  • Prepare accurate revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar analytical role in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management systems (e.g., Opera, RMS).
  • Excellent analytical, forecasting, and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Detail oriented and strategic thinker.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Finance, or Business Administration.
