Position: SPA THERAPIST

Responsibilities:

  • Perform massage while maintaining the client’s comfort at all times.
  • Responsible for all forms of cleaning, maintenance and replenishment of the Spa facility throughout the day, with attention to detail to ensure exceptional quality of service is maintained.
  • Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectation.
  • Conduct guest consultations to determine appropriate treatments.
  • Promote and sell spa products to guests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Knowledge of body massage, facial, and beauty treatments.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Well groomed, professional, and passionate about wellness and hospitality.
  • Flexible to work on weekends and shifts as required.
  • Possess relevant certification in spa therapy.
  • Fluent in English.
