Position: Spa & Wellness Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and launch the hotel’s luxury Spa & Wellness concept for the pre-opening.
- Manage all aspects of the spa, including operations, treatment development, and team management.
- Drive spa revenue and profitability through strategic promotions and membership programs.
- Recruit, train, and certify a team of highly skilled therapists and wellness staff.
- Ensure the spa environment and services reflect the hotel’s standards of sophistication and prestige.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel or exclusive wellness center.
- Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and revenue generation.
- A visionary leader with a passion for holistic wellness and luxury service.
- Excellent knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and products.
- Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest journeys.
- Experience in the Surabaya or East Java luxury market is a plus.
