Position: Wellness Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa and wellness areas, including locker rooms, relaxation lounges, and treatment rooms.
• Prepare and stock all amenities, towels, and refreshments for guests.
• Assist guests with lockers and guide them through the spa facilities.
• Support therapists by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
• Provide courteous and attentive service to all guests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Attendant or in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury fitness club.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• A positive, service-oriented attitude and a calm demeanor.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Passion for the wellness industry.
• Physically fit to perform cleaning and stocking duties.
