Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

• Lead all kitchen operations, including menu planning and culinary direction.
• Manage food cost, inventory, and procurement processes.
• Ensure consistent high quality food presentation and taste.
• Train and supervise all kitchen staff, from sous chefs to stewards.
• Maintain impeccable standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

Qualifications:

• Indonesian Citizen
• Relevant experience in the applied position is preferred
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work in a dynamic hospitality environment
• Good communication skills in English
• Exceptional culinary creativity and leadership skills
• Strong background in financial management and cost control
