Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead all kitchen operations, including menu planning and culinary direction.
- Manage food cost, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Ensure consistent high quality food presentation and taste.
- Train and supervise all kitchen staff, from sous chefs to stewards.
- Maintain impeccable standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Qualifications:
- Indonesian Citizen
- Relevant experience in the applied position is preferred
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work in a dynamic hospitality environment
- Good communication skills in English
- Exceptional culinary creativity and leadership skills
- Strong background in financial management and cost control
