Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead all operations of the Front Office department.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle escalated guest complaints.
- Train and develop Front Office staff.
- Manage staff schedules and departmental budget.
- Maximize occupancy and room revenue (upselling).
Qualifications:
- Min. 3 years experience in similar position
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Positive attitude, and energetic personality
- Able to work individually and team
- Able to join immediately
- Proficient in using PMS (Property Management System).
- Strong leadership and guest management skills.
