Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen management and operations.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in food preparation and plating.
• Manage kitchen inventory, stock control, and ordering.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen.

Qualifications:

• Indonesian Citizen
• Relevant experience in the applied position is preferred
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work in a dynamic hospitality environment
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines
• Leadership ability and experience in kitchen supervision
