Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen management and operations.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in food preparation and plating.
- Manage kitchen inventory, stock control, and ordering.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Indonesian Citizen
- Relevant experience in the applied position is preferred
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work in a dynamic hospitality environment
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines
- Leadership ability and experience in kitchen supervision
