Position: Sales Office Admin & Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support for the entire sales office.
  • Manage correspondence, files, and client databases.
  • Prepare regular sales reports.
  • Arrange meeting schedules and business travel for the sales team.
  • Handle incoming calls to the Sales department.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 3 years experience in similar position (or 1 year admin)
  • Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
  • Positive attitude, creative and energetic personality
  • Able to work individually and team
  • Able to join immediately
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
