Position: Steward Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the stewarding department.
• Manage and maintain inventory of all chinaware, glassware, and silverware.
• Ensure all kitchen and back of house areas meet hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate equipment cleaning schedules, including dishwashers and kitchen machinery.
• Train and supervise stewarding staff, managing rosters and performance.

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum 2 years work experience in the same position or field
• Strong & good communication skill
• Good knowledge of sanitation, hygiene, and HACCP standard audit
• Good knowledge leading daily maintaining operational Stewarding and Kitchen
• Strong leadership, integrity, and honestly
• Able to work under pressure and as a team player
• Familiar with chemical handling and safety procedures
