Position: Steward

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized.
• Operate dishwashing machines and manage the proper storage of clean china, glass, and silverware.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed by the culinary team.
• Manage chemical cleaning supplies and maintain back_of_house organization.
• Support the kitchen and F&B service teams by ensuring a steady supply of clean items.

Qualifications:

• Previous stewarding experience in a 5_star hotel is preferred.
• Hard_working, diligent, and reliable.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task.
• Strong communication skill.
• High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude.
• Indonesian citizen only.
• Able to join immediately.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in a fast_paced environment.
