Position: Steward
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized.
- Operate dishwashing machines and manage the proper storage of clean china, glass, and silverware.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed by the culinary team.
- Manage chemical cleaning supplies and maintain back_of_house organization.
- Support the kitchen and F&B service teams by ensuring a steady supply of clean items.
Qualifications:
- Previous stewarding experience in a 5_star hotel is preferred.
- Hard_working, diligent, and reliable.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task.
- Strong communication skill.
- High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude.
- Indonesian citizen only.
- Able to join immediately.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in a fast_paced environment.
