Position: Kitchen Admin

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the kitchen and F&B department.
• Assist with managing food inventory, stock takes, and ordering supplies.
• Handle kitchen staff scheduling and attendance records.
• Process and file kitchen_related invoices and reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other hotel departments.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position at a hotel or resort.
• Good communication skills, Highly motivated, Creative, Innovative with results & guest oriented.
• Have a good personality, attitude & team player.
• Previous administrative experience, preferably in an F&B or kitchen environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast_paced setting.
