Position: Steward

Responsibilities:

• Maintain immaculate cleanliness by cleaning all kitchen areas, floors, and equipment.
• Lockware, utensils, chinaware and able to operate the dishwashing machine.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is sanitized and stored correctly.
• Assist kitchen staff by ensuring proper organization and managing the waste disposal process.
• Able to do basic administration tasks, including logging in/out using Microsoft tools.
• Promote food safety and sanitation (HACCP) standards.

Qualifications:

• Able to work in a fast paced environment, a hard worker and team player who is flexible with working hours, and willing to learn person.
• Exposure to kitchen equipment, sounds, fumes, chemicals, working in hot, humid & cold environments.
• Ability to operate industrial machinery.
• Passionate and organized about maintaining a clean safe working environment.
• Previous experience in a stewarding or kitchen utility role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene.
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
