Position: Chef De Partie – Al Nafoura
Responsibilities:
- Manage a station in the Al Nafoura specialty restaurant kitchen.
- Specialize in the preparation and cooking of Middle Eastern or Lebanese cuisine.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the restaurant’s high standards of quality and authenticity.
- Assist the Sous Chef with menu development and food ordering.
- Train junior kitchen staff on specialty dishes and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a specialty restaurant.
- Specific expertise in Middle Eastern, Lebanese, or Mediterranean cuisine is highly required.
- Passion for authentic flavors and high quality ingredients.
- Ability to work independently and manage a kitchen section.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Formal culinary qualification.
