Position: Guest Experience Expert

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay, creating a memorable and unique experience.
• Process operational needs, including check in and check out, efficiently.
• Address all guest requests promptly and effectively.
• Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage as needed.
• Uphold all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
• Strong communication skills with a clean and professional appearance.
• A hands on approach to work, with the ability to move, lift, or carry objects up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
