Position: Corporate Concierge Manager

What are Your Assignment:

  • Supervise and coordinate concierge operations across all Kayon properties to ensure consistent excellence in guest service.
  • Develop and implement service standards and personalized guest-experience programs.
  • Foster relationships with travel partners, VIP guests, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Front Office departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Manage guest feedback systems and ensure prompt, thoughtful follow-up.

What Makes you a Suitable Fit:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in guest relations, concierge, or front-office leadership within luxury hospitality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service excellence.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong Corporate experience with above 10 property operations is a must.
  • Deep knowledge of Bali, especially the Ubud area.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of concierge professionals.
  • Based in Ubud or willing to relocate.
