Position: Night & Audit Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front office and guest service operations during the overnight shift.
- Perform the night audit process, including balancing and closing all hotel accounts.
- Reconcile daily hotel revenue from all outlets and ensure accuracy of financial reports.
- Handle guest check_ins, check_outs, and any escalated guest inquiries or issues during the night.
- Prepare and distribute daily summary reports for hotel management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Night Manager or in a similar front office leadership role.
- Strong understanding of front office operations and night audit procedures.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent leadership, problem_solving, and guest service skills.
- Detail_oriented with strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Ability to work independently and manage the overnight team effectively.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
