Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Perform guest check_in and check_out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest reservations, inquiries, and requests in a professional manner.
  • Manage guest payments and maintain an accurate cash float.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them as needed.
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be at the same role or position at least 1 year experience.
  • Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
  • Able to speak English and has a good communication skill both spoken and written.
  • Familiar with VHP system.
  • Well_groomed and good personality.
  • Confidence, highly motivated passionately work.
  • Strong guest service and communication skills.
