Position: Chief Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, AP, AR, and income audit.
- Manage the month_end closing process and ensure timely reporting.
- Assist the Financial Controller with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2_3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting procedures, payroll, and tax.
- Proficient in hotel accounting software.
- Highly organized, detail_oriented, and accurate.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
