Position: Account Receivable Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer invoices, payments, and balances.
- Reconcile AR ledger balances to the general ledger regularly.
- Liaise with clients, tour operators, and corporate accounts regarding billing and payment status.
- Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports for the Accounting Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable or a related credit control role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in invoicing.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle collection calls professionally.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
