Position: Income Auditor
Responsibilities:
- Verify and audit all daily revenue transactions across all resort departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa).
- Ensure the accurate posting and documentation of all sales and revenue records.
- Reconcile daily income, cashier reports, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Investigate discrepancies and report revenue variances to the Finance Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls for cash handling and revenue recognition.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Income Auditor in a hotel environment.
- Expert knowledge of hotel POS (e.g., Micros) and PMS (e.g., Opera) system reconciliation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to detect revenue leakage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high ethical standards.
- Willingness to support the financial control of the luxury Anyer resort.
