Position: Account Payable Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Ensure all vendor invoices are accurately recorded and matched with purchase orders.
- Handle vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements efficiently.
- Assist in the month-end closing process related to AP accruals.
- Ensure all AP procedures comply with internal controls and Banten tax regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Payable or a relevant accounting function.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, especially AP cycle management.
- Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous approach to data entry and verification.
- Proficiency in hotel accounting software (e.g., Sun System) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective vendor relations.
- Ability to manage a large volume of invoices and meet payment deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
