Position: Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Finance department and oversee all financial planning and reporting.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, treasury, cash flow, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all Accor’s financial policies and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage the departmental team (Auditor, AP/AR, General Cashier).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Finance Manager or Chief Accountant in a 5-star hotel/resort.
- CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is highly desired.
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax law (Pph, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills, able to manage complex financial data.
- Proficiency in major hotel accounting software (e.g., Sun System) and advanced Excel.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.
