Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform guest check_in and check_out procedures with a welcoming and friendly attitude.
- Handle guest reservations, inquiries, and requests in a professional manner.
- Manage guest payments and maintain an accurate cash float.
- Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services.
- Address guest concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent, preferably in an Accor property.
- Familiar with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Professional appearance, well_groomed, and a positive personality.
- Guest_service oriented and a good team player.
- Willing to work in shifts.
