Position: Concierge Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Concierge and Bell Service team, ensuring seamless guest arrival and departure.
- Manage all guest requests for transportation, dining reservations, and local activity recommendations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local Anyer attractions, restaurants, and services.
- Handle complex travel arrangements and personalized guest itinerary planning.
- Ensure the Concierge desk area is always covered and service delivery is proactive.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Concierge Supervisor or senior Concierge Agent (preferably Clef d’Or affiliation).
- Expert knowledge of luxury guest services, local knowledge, and complex itinerary planning.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a highly personalized service team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong network with local Banten vendors and transportation providers.
- Impeccable professional presentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to exceed guest expectations at the 5-star resort.
