Position: Asst. Front Office Manager/AFOM
Responsibilities:
- Assist the FOM in overseeing the daily Front Office operation and service standards.
- Manage shift supervisors and front-line agents for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Handle complex guest situations and resolve high-level complaints effectively.
- Oversee the room inventory, guest room blocking, and VIP preparation.
- Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for the Front Office team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as Asst. FOM or Front Office Supervisor in a luxury hotel.
- Expert knowledge of hotel PMS (e.g., Opera) and check-in/check-out procedures.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve guest service recovery situations.
- High degree of professionalism and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to support the pre-opening standards of the Anyer resort.
