Position: Operator – Daily Worker

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing hotel calls with professional etiquette.
  • Act as a central point of communication for guest requests.
  • Log and coordinate guest requests with appropriate departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, etc.).
  • Manage wake_up call services accurately.
  • Assist with in_house emergencies by directing communication flow.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum senior high school graduate.
  • Previous experience as a telephone operator or in a call center is an advantage.
  • Clear and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, and guest_service oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast_paced environment.
  • Familiar with PABX systems.
