Position: Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the front desk team, including receptionists, and guest service agents.
- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for all guests.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and service recovery procedures.
- Train and mentor new and existing front desk staff on service standards and procedures.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in managing schedules, inventory, and daily reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and guest service abilities.
- Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
