Position: Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive hotel revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the entire Sales & Marketing team to achieve targets.
- Oversee all marketing, branding, and public relations activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and create strategic plans.
- Manage the department budget, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience at 4 or 5 star hotel in the same position.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership.
- Excellent strategics, problem solving and decision_making skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work, collaboratively as part of team.
- Love to work in a team with target oriented.
- Able to join immediately.
