Position: Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive hotel revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the entire Sales & Marketing team to achieve targets.
• Oversee all marketing, branding, and public relations activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and create strategic plans.
• Manage the department budget, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience at 4 or 5 star hotel in the same position.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership.
• Excellent strategics, problem solving and decision_making skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work, collaboratively as part of team.
• Love to work in a team with target oriented.
• Able to join immediately.
