Position: Hotel Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales, and finance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve hotel revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction goals.
- Lead and mentor the hotel’s department heads and entire team.
- Ensure compliance with BATIQA brand standards and all local regulations.
- Manage hotel budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
- Act as the primary representative of the hotel to guests, the community, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager in a 3 or 4-star hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
- In-depth knowledge of all hotel operational departments.
- Ability to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
- Guest-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.
