Position: Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information, including recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Handle guest billing and process payments accurately.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar F&B service role.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Good command of English is preferred.
