Position: FB Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve F&B revenue targets, including restaurant, bar, and private dining bookings in the competitive Jakarta market.
- Actively source and secure new F&B business opportunities, focusing on corporate events, social gatherings, and external catering.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and event planners in Central Jakarta.
- Prepare compelling proposals and contracts for F&B events, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies for F&B services.
- Coordinate closely with the F&B Operations team to ensure seamless execution of all contracted events.
- Report weekly on sales progress, forecasting, and pipeline development to the Director of Sales and F&B leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an F&B Sales Manager or a similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel, preferably in Central Jakarta.
- Strong network and demonstrated success in achieving F&B sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Thorough knowledge of the F&B market, event planning, and sales cycles in the Jakarta area.
- Highly proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- A professional, polished demeanor suitable for a sophisticated 5-star ambience.
