Position: Waitress (DW)
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, friendly, and prompt food and beverage service to guests in the hotel’s restaurant or dining outlets.
- Take guest orders accurately and relay them clearly to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet hotel standards.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the service station.
- Handle guest billing procedures and payment processing efficiently.
- Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards as mandated by F&B operations.
- Assist the F&B team with preparation tasks for shifts or special events as directed by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Male & Female are welcome.
- Excellence communication skill and pleasant personality.
- Experience in the same position min. 1 year.
- Diploma from University or Academy.
- Language proficiency both written and spoken in English.
- Discipline and good team player.
- Must be available to work as a **Daily Worker (DW)** with flexible hours in the F&B Service department.
